• Check the dashboard and the open tasks at /tasks/list.
• Make sure today's capture is happening: mortality, feed, and eggs.
• Record sales and expenses; choose the right allocation method for shared costs.
• Watch withdrawals: do not sell a lot under an active withdrawal period.
• Keep inventory honest with movements and the odd stock count.
